Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy from Travel Like the Rich and to use Rich Concierge.

What you are buying

Digital educational products about planning and booking travel, delivered to your dashboard immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. One-time products are yours to keep and download again. Travel Rich Weekly is a weekly membership, described below.

Licence

Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish the files.

Prices and billing

All prices are in US dollars. One-time products are charged once and are never billed again.

Travel Rich Weekly is $25.00 per week, which is 5 weekly gifts at $5.00 each, after 3 free days. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, in one click. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Rich Concierge and Travel Rich Fare Watch are billed by usage, separately, under the terms set out on the Rich Concierge usage page and the Travel Rich Fare Watch usage policy. Travel Rich Fare Watch costs $1.50 per completed task, a scan that finds nothing useful is not billed, and it never costs more than $25.00 in one week. Both need a card or PayPal on file, and neither is available on orders paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Invoices

Every charge appears in your dashboard under Billing, with its date, amount, description and transaction reference. We do not email invoices.

Refunds

If a product is not what you expected, write to us within 30 days and we will refund it. We would rather refund you than keep money from someone who is not getting value.

Travel information disclaimer

Travel Like the Rich is general travel information. It is not financial, legal or immigration advice, and we are not a travel agent.

• Prices. Fares and hotel prices change constantly. A hotel price we show is an average by star rating, dated when seen, or an example labelled as one. A fare is a cached price from real searches, shown with the time it was seen. None of them is a quote, an offer or a promise, and no saving is promised. The price on the booking page is the one that applies.
• Visas and entry rules. They depend on your passport and your trip, and they change. Always check the official government source for your destination before you book or travel. Making sure you can enter a country is your responsibility.
• Safety. Check your own government's travel advice for your destination before you book and again before you travel.
• Passenger rights and insurance. What the course says about delay and cancellation rights, insurance and cards is general information. The official rules and your policy's own wording are what apply.

Bookings with partners

Flights, hotels and services you book through our links are sold by those partners under their own terms. Payment, changes, cancellations, refunds and delays for those bookings are between you and the partner.

Availability

We aim to keep everything available, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Rich Concierge and Travel Rich Fare Watch depend on third-party providers.

If these terms change materially, the change applies from the date it is published here and not retroactively.
